You will learn about how they make their Single Malt Whisky on site while tasting 3 Single Malt Single Cask Whiskies which will be carefully paired with an amuse bouche of local produce.
Only two weekends in September – They welcome you to the family business, a small-batch Boutique Distillery at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania, making whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs on-site from scratch with passion and love.
