The annual Tulip Festival at Gutteridge Gardens is the biggest local event celebrating with music, food and markets that runs in the middle of the Tulip season that sees Table Cape turn into a kaleidoscope of colour and family fun at the Table Cape Tulip Farm.

The enchanting tulip farm, perched atop the stunning Table Cape, invites visitors daily from 9am to 5pm during the season, offering a delightful experience for both locals and tourists alike throughout the entire season. Known for its vibrant displays and picturesque surroundings, this farm has become a beloved destination, drawing people from near and far to admire its scenic beauty and colourful blooms.

Off the back of sell-out success in 2023, Table Cape Tulip Farm, with the assistance of BighART, again brings you this unique annual event – weaving music, farm and community together and celebrating our unique place. Join us for an afternoon of fabulous live music, delicious food, family friendly activities and entry into the Tulip Farm.

Oyster + Gin or Cheese + Whisky Tasting


5th October 2024  12pm – 6pm

Come taste Tasmania’s best local whiskey and gin on the North-west coast at Alchymia Distillery. This event has two options available, a gin tasting paired with fresh Tarkine Oysters or whiskey tasting paired with La Cantara Artisan Cheeses.

From start to finish Wynyard is an eclectic mix of new and old. Visit the award winning Wonders of Wynyard Exhibition & Visitor Information Centre a vintage car museum or browse the gift shop selling local artwork and handmade goods from jewellery to Gin!!  Discover the local heritage, maritime history and unique geographical landmarks of the region.

Just 5 min drive out of Wynyard you will see the most remarkable natural wonder Table Cape from the top of this volcanic plug you will be rewarded with spectacular views of Tasmanian’s North West coastline where you can take a sensory walk along the clifftop to the lighthouse, walk along Fossil Bluff beach to view Table Cape from below, it is truly breathtaking, or visit the local small batch distillery. There is truly something for everyone so put Wynyard on your to do list you will not be disappointed!
