This room type offers clean, comfortable good value accommodation. The room has all the standard features including north facing aspect, microwave, toaster, chairs to take outside to enjoy the view and tea and coffee making facilities. Enjoy a cool summer and warm winter with efficient air-conditioning. These rooms have one queen sized bed, plenty of fluffy pillows, and is fitted with an electric blanket to keep you toasty warm in winter. These rooms have been partially renovated with brand new beds, flat screen internet connected TVs and crisp white linen. Some of the rooms have a bit of 80s action going on in the bathroom but are fully functional.

This room type is the best we have. Treat yourself like a king in our king rooms. All have king sized beds, with king sized pillows and crisp white linen to really let you sink into a deep comfortable sleep. The deluxe rooms also have a complimentary selection of teas, coffee maker and TimTams. This room has a mini bar fridge and a newer shower ensuite . It has a large desk for working at ( if you have to!) and air conditioning. We have a comfy king-sized wingback chair in this room for snoozing opportunities. We service this room daily, so no need to make your own bed while you are staying with us. Get up early for a morning stroll along the beach with just the seagulls for company, or sleep in, your choice.

These rooms shower ensuite rooms have had partial renovations, including new beds, air-conditioning, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and smart TVS. Some of these rooms have had partial bathroom renovations, which is reflected in their bargain-basement price. If you don't mind crazy 1960s tiling, then this is the room for you! Still very comfortable with all the mod cons. They come in both twin room (queen and single bed) configurations - Maximum occupancy is three adults. We also have one family room that has a queen bed and two single beds as well. We have two rooms in this category set aside for well-behaved indoor pets up to 20kg to stay as well- a pet fee will apply in this case- just get in touch with us to confirm.
