Alchymia Distillery is a boutique small batch craft distillery making Tasmanian whisky and gin on-site from the finest Tasmanian ingredients. Offering Distillery tours where you meet the maker and a tasting room where visitors can come and enjoy the view and soak up the ‘spirit’ of Table Cape.

Their tourism experience includes tastings, distillery tours, bottle sales, cocktails, full bar and platters of locally made produce featuring La Cantara Cheese & Inglis River Meats.
