Alchymia Distillery

Alchymia Distillery is a boutique small batch craft distillery making Tasmanian whisky and gin on-site from the finest Tasmanian ingredients. Offering Distillery tours where you meet the maker and a tasting room where visitors can come and enjoy the view and soak up the ‘spirit’ of Table Cape, offering local produce platters you can grab a drink and a platter and relax in the distillery garden.

Their tourism experience includes tastings, distillery tours, bottle sales, cocktails, full bar and platters of locally made produce featuring La Cantara Cheese & Inglis River Meats.
