Spring Symphony Forest Therapy Walk

Spring Symphony Forest Therapy Walk

55 Breffny Road
Burnie, Tasmania Australia 7320

Relax, explore, immerse- refresh yourself this spring with a guided Forest Therapy session.

Come along for a deep dive into your senses and the environment. The Emu Valley Rhododendron Gardens have a collection of over 24,000 plants, set within a tranquil woodland environment and resident platypus. Come slow down and explore the symphony of spring colour.

A Forest Therapy walk helps you to notice things you may not normally see, to relax. Be guided through activities such as deep breathing, stretching and sensory immersion to enhance the health benefits of nature. Be inspired by science and poetry and conclude with a seasonal cup of tea.

Forest Therapy / Shinrin Yoku is an evidence based public health practice that can-
reduce the effects of stress
help to enhance your immune system
