The villa features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, built-in wardrobes, electric blankets, and heaters. A modern central bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, a separate toilet, and all essentials. Double glazing and quality insulation ensure year-round comfort.

The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, with a brand-new 55-inch smart TV, a selection of games and books, and a four-seater dining table overlooking the courtyard. Sliding doors open onto a private outdoor space with seating and an umbrella — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, brand-new appliances, and starter essentials. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

Secure parking is provided for two vehicles: one in the lock-up garage with direct villa access, and one in a dedicated space beside the property.

The location is unbeatable: an easy flat walk to Hill Street Grocer, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and the cafes and restaurants of the Four Ways. Mersey Bluff and Coles Beach are just a short drive away.

Guests have access to the entire home, excluding locked stock cupboards in garage. They’re available should you need anything during your stay.
