You will start this experience out in the paddock with farmer John Bruce, Emma’s father and Cape Grim Beef producer. After spending time getting up close with the cattle and hearing about grass cultivation, you will move into the kitchen with Emma for your cooking school workshop. All experiences end with a combined meal with matched Tasmanian wines.
