The light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining area, and cosy reading nook make it easy to relax or entertain. A Smart TV, board games, and books ensure relaxed nights in. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and sliding wardrobes, positioned at opposite ends of the home for privacy. The master includes its own ensuite.

The well-equipped kitchen offers generous bench space for cooking or entertaining. Outside, a covered alfresco area with dining setting and BBQ invites leisurely meals surrounded by peaceful bushland. A private path leads directly to the Rubicon River and nearby walking trails — perfect for exploring or spotting wildlife.
