The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has two king singles, and the third a queen — comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, and both bathrooms are appointed with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new appliances, a walk-in pantry, air fryer, and coffee pod machine, with bar stool seating for casual breakfasts. The dining table seats six comfortably.

The living room offers recliner lounges, a 64-inch TV, a study nook, games, books, and Starlink internet — perfect for working remotely or relaxing evenings. Step outside to enjoy the coastal breeze from the two-person outdoor seating area.

A reverse-cycle heat pump keeps the living area comfortable year-round. The garage fits one vehicle and houses the washing machine and dryer, with an additional parking space out front.

Guests have access to the entire home, excluding locked linen cupboards in the garage and the garden shed.
