Currie Lighthouse, King Island

Standing proudly on King Island’s rugged west coast, the historic Currie Lighthouse is one of the island’s most iconic landmarks.

First illuminated in 1880, the lighthouse continues to guide vessels through the often wild waters of Bass Strait while offering visitors spectacular coastal views and a glimpse into King Island’s maritime past.
