Whyte Hills Lookout

Just a five minute (1 km) drive past Philosopher Falls (on the Corinna Road),on the left side of the road is Whyte Hills Lookout. The lookout offers a panoramic view of the North-West corner of the stunning Tarkine Wilderness.

This lookout has easy access from a car park and provides interpretive signage and a great panoramic photo opportunity of Australia’s largest area of temperate rainforest. The lookout is home to the impressive Western Wilds public art sculpture by talented Tasmanian artist Matt Calvert.
